THE CHALLENGE

The Product Manager has the responsibility to define market requirements and packaging the features into product releases. As such, he has to conduct technology assessment, analyze the competitive landscape, maintain the product portfolio roadmap, monitor and incorporating industry innovations, define user personas for individual products, write product requirements and use scenarios, maintain a status dashboard for your portfolio products, gather and prioritize product information as well as from clients. He also supports the launch process and the customer satisfaction process by participating in technical FAQ, demo scripts, training technical staff, collaterals and sales message, product presentations, etc. The Product Manager participates to market studies, characterizes the market, defines de positioning and recommends the pricing strategy. This position involves close interaction with development leads, product architects and key customers/influencers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering
  • 4 years’ experience in market analysis and product management or equivalent
  • Strong technical background
  • Excellent communication skills, to popularize technology and to make recommendations
  • Rigorous, critical thinking and ability to challenge
  • Planning, management and efficient organization of projects
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize
  • Creativity and highly developed sense of innovation
  • Action oriented, initiative and proactivity
  • Availability to travel abroad occasionally
  • Bilingual (French and English) an asset.

MARKETING PROGRAM MANAGER

THE CHALLENGE

The Marketing Program Manager develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s values and products. He/she creates programs to improve sales made through our different channels, monitors progress through lead indicators and submits program performance reports. He/she plans and executes campaigns for corporate promotion and launching of new product lines. He also conducts general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements and uses efficiently our CRM to organise the company-wide customer database. The Program Manager works closely with the Marketing Communication team and the Product Management team as well as the Sales team to identify and validate the need to for sell in.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Business Management; a Master degree would be asset
  • 8 years’ relevant experience in marketing
  • Good knowledge of new technologies and platforms like SEO and social medias
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and French
  • Strong research and analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Planning, management and efficient organization of projects
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Action oriented, initiative and proactivity
