Pulse Data HumanWare and Eschenbach Optik of America, Inc. Create New Vision in Low Vision
November 8, 2004 - CONCORD, CA and RIDGEFIELD, CT: Pulse Data HumanWare (PDH) & Eschenbach Optik of America, Inc. (EOA) announced that they are forming the largest low vision product strategic marketing alliance in the Americas.
For the first time, eye care and rehabilitation professionals will have access to PDH products through EOA’s leading professional distribution organization. PDH and EOA will also partner on marketing activities to professional resellers. Meanwhile, PDH will continue to focus on low vision end users, providing training & installation for consumers, non-profit agencies, educational buyers, and strategic accounts.

The strategic marketing alliance covers both company’s operations in the United States. As part of the alliance, EOA and PDH are developing joint territory sales plans. In addition, the companies have developed specific plans for ongoing customer communications with eye care professionals, low vision institutions, educational institutions, and individual customers.
