COVID-19 Update by HumanWare

Dear HumanWare Family,
First and foremost, we hope that you, your family and loved ones are safe and healthy. As COVID-19 continues to spread around the world, we feel that it is important to keep you informed about what we are doing for our customers, distributors, and team members.
Our support services remain fully operational and available from Monday to Friday during our normal hours. Please feel free to contact us via telephone or email if you require any information or have any issues with our products, our Customer Service and Technical Support teams are proudly and safely in place to serve you!
In these challenging times, we strongly believe that it is important we continue to provide support remotely. To achieve this goal, we have launched our HumanWare Live Webinar Series which has been received with great enthusiasm and we will continue the series for the foreseeable future. We recently launched our New HumanWare Buddy App to assist teachers, students, parents and professionals in interacting with our products. More than 1,000 people have downloaded the HumanWare Buddy App in just a few days and we are pleased to have received such positive feedback about how helpful it is, especially while schools are closed, and people are working remotely. This application was first launched on the App Store and we are happy to announce that it is now available on the Google Play Store as well, please click here to download it.
Also, we are running multiple product maintenance programs as a simple token of support during these difficult times. One of the programs is the “Braille Device Spring Cleaning Program” that is going to be launched in the coming days in certain markets. This program provides an incredible value to our customers as it allows you to keep your Braille devices in great working order while only charging the cost of materials necessary to complete the service. In addition, a door to door pick-up and delivery is also included to make sure our customers stay safe at home!
We are continuously reaching out to our community with our partners to learn more about your needs during this COVID-19 pandemic. Answering our community needs is our key priority and we are using all means to gather your feedback.
