October 22–25, 2025 – New Mexico NFB Convention
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA
The annual National Federation of the Blind of New Mexico convention brings together the blind community to promote security, equality, and opportunity. The program features exhibits, meetings for seniors, students, and parents of blind children, as well as sessions on training, education, and employment.
October 30–November 1, 2025 – Colorado NFB Convention
Location: Westminster, Colorado, USA
The National Federation of the Blind of Colorado (NFBCO) 71st Annual State Convention features seminars, presentations, and social events that bring together blind individuals, advocates, and allies. Offering both in-person and virtual participation, the event focuses on advancing inclusion and opportunities for blind Coloradans.
November 5–7, 2025 – Getting In Touch With Literacy
Location: Huntsville, Alabama, USA
HumanWare returns to Getting In Touch With Literacy, a cornerstone conference dedicated to literacy strategies for individuals who are blind or visually impaired. Participants will experience hands-on demonstrations, best-practice workshops, and the latest innovations in tactile learning and braille technology.
