Bruce Miles — Chief Executive Officer

Bruce Miles serves as Chief Executive Officer and on the Board of HumanWare. He joined HumanWare as VP Global Sales in 2015, leading the company’s efforts on a global scale. For over 25 years, he held several executive level positions, including over 14 years in the optical industry with EssilorLuxottica.

He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds an MBA from McGill University. Bruce serves on other boards including Assistive Technology Industry Association (ATIA) and GoodMaps «Maps with a Mission».

Anne-Laure Guillon has been a Director of the Board of HumanWare since 2020. She joined EssilorLuxottica in 2012 and held various positions of increasing responsibility in France and Japan, before being appointed VP Finance of Essilor International’s Instruments Division in 2020. Anne-Laure plays a key role in the implementation of strategic plans, performance monitoring, cost-benefit analysis and new financing for business development. She is a graduate of ESCP Business School (formerly the École supérieure de commerce de Paris) with a specialization in audit and management control.
Denis Cohen-Tannoudji — Director

Denis Cohen-Tannoudji Director

Denis Cohen-Tannoudji has been a Director of the Board of HumanWare since 2013. He currently holds the position of Senior VP of Smart Vision Solutions at Essilor, since 2017. Denis has held several leadership roles in innovation at Essilor since joining the company in 2004. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. Denis holds a Master’s degree in quantum mechanics from the École Normale Supérieure (ENS) and an MBA from INSEAD, formerly the Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires. In his spare time, Denis is a speaker in many major cities around the world.

Louis-Philippe Massé — VP Product Innovation

VP Product Innovation

Louis-Philippe Massé is VP Product Innovation at HumanWare since 2021. He joined HumanWare in 2014 as Director of Product Management. He remained there until 2017, when he left to pursue other projects and take on various management positions. He returned to HumanWare in 2021 to lead the company’s product innovation efforts. Louis-Philippe has more than 20 years of experience in fiber optics, 2D and 3D sensor design and product development. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Montreal and a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Ottawa.
Marc Jiona - Senior Director of Operations

Marc Jiona Senior Director of Operations

Marc Jiona joined HumanWare in September 2025 as Senior Director of Operations. With over 34 years of experience, he leads manufacturing operations and multidisciplinary teams, driving operational excellence, Lean manufacturing, and integrated supply chain performance. Before HumanWare, he held several leadership roles at IBM, overseeing 24/7 operations and quality while maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 certifications. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Université Laval.
David Bradburn — VP Global Sales

David Bradburn
VP Global Sales

David Bradburn serves as the VP of Global Sales at HumanWare since 2020. Prior to joining HumanWare, he held various management positions in the U.S. market for multinational organizations in the assistive technology industry. He studied computer science at the University of Northampton. He is the Chairman of the Executive Board of The Northeast Independent Living Program, a consumer-controlled support center that provides services and counseling to people with disabilities who wish to live independently in the community.
Yohan Le Vasseur — VP Finance

VP Finance

Yohan Le Vasseur has been HumanWare’s Vice President of Finance since 2008 and also heads the Information Technology department. He brings 24 years of experience in financial management for multinational companies, with a focus on strategic planning, treasury and risk management, international accounting and reporting, and business and operational performance optimization. He is a CA, CPA and CMA and holds graduate diploma in accounting from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
