We are equally committed to being open and transparent with our customers and partners, which is why we want to provide advance notice of an upcoming pricing adjustment affecting select products.
Over the past year, the cost of key electronic components used in our products, including memory and storage, has increased significantly across the technology industry. While we have worked hard to absorb these rising costs wherever possible, continued increases require us to adjust pricing on selected products.
This decision was not made lightly as we strive to offer solutions at the best possible price. The adjustment will help ensure we can continue delivering the innovation, product quality, reliability, software improvements, and customer support that our customers and partners have come to expect from HumanWare.
The updated pricing will take effect on January 1, 2027. Orders placed on or before December 31, 2026, will continue to receive current pricing.
